Anne studied Biochemistry at the University of Halle. In 2007 she started as a Diploma student in the lab of Stefan Hüttelmaier in colaboration with the lab of Elmar Wahle analysing the function of the polyA-specific Ribonuclease PARN in vivo.
During her PhD thesis starting in 2008 Anne is working on the regulation of LEF1 mRNA by IGF2BPs and the impact on downstream signaling pathways. Experienced in real-time PCR analyses she is contributing to the work of the Core Facility Imaging.
