Project: "Development of new technologies for RNA-vaccination"
Exosomes are small membrane vesicles, that are secreted by a wide variety of different cell types (e.g. dendritic cells). These vesicles are able to transfer RNA between two cells in a cell type specific manner. Therefore exosomes are promising candidates for new transfection/RNA-vaccination -strategies.
